Click 'Add user' and enter details (name, email: e.g. admin@solium.ai)

Choose 'Administrator' as the security role (non-practitioner)

Save and we'll handle the invitation acceptance

Grant API Access

Enable API key creation for seamless integration

Navigate to Settings → My Info

Toggle 'Allow yourself to create and use API keys' to Yes

Click 'Update user' and confirm with your password

Generate API Key

Create the secure connection key for Solium AI

In My Info, locate the API Keys section

Click 'Manage API keys' then 'Add an API key'

Enter label: 'Solium AI integration'

Copy the generated key and share it and the user login information securely with us

Final Security Verification

Confirm everything is set up correctly and securely

Verify the user has only Administrator role (not owner/practitioner)

Confirm API key permissions are properly configured

Note: Keys can be revoked anytime via 'Manage API keys'
